Women’s Leadership Conference 2026, Send Me
What began as a step of faith became a weekend we will never forget.
Our first-ever Women's Leadership Conference, "Here I Am, Send Me" (Isaiah 6:8), was a powerful two-day gathering hosted by Michelle Randall and Calvary Women's Ministry at Calvary South OC in San Clemente, California, on June 5–6, 2026.
This conference was something new for our ministry — a vision the Lord placed on Michelle's heart to encourage, equip, and challenge women to answer God's call for them. We were humbled to welcome women who gathered together for worship, biblical teaching, prayer, fellowship, and encouragement.
The weekend began Friday evening with a special dinner for pastors wives, followed by worship and an opening session with Michelle Randall. Saturday featured sessions with Michelle, Inga-Lill Guzik (Calvary Santa Barbara), Sophia Lorey (California Family Council), and Caroline Joyous (TPUSA Faith), along with a special live Q&A with Lila Rose, founder of Live Action.
One of the highlights of the conference was our first-ever Ministry Market, where attendees connected with ministries and organizations serving both locally and around the world. Women had the opportunity to learn about outreach efforts, discover ways to get involved, and hear firsthand how God is working through His people to reach others with the Gospel.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible team of leaders and servants who gave countless hours to make the conference a reality. We are deeply grateful for every volunteer, ministry representative, worship team member, registration team member, hospitality volunteer, setup crew member, media member and servant who faithfully served behind the scenes. Your hard work, flexibility, and joyful hearts helped create a welcoming and Christ-centered experience for every attendee.
Most importantly, we thank the Lord for His faithfulness. We witnessed His hand at work throughout the weekend—in the worship, the teaching, the conversations, the prayers, and the connections made. Our prayer is that every woman left encouraged in her walk with Christ, strengthened by God's Word, and ready to answer His call with confidence and obedience: "Here am I! Send me."
