“The Women’s Leadership Conference is for all who want to respond to the call of leading. The Rise Conference in March woke us up - now we will be challenged to walk it out!
Our theme is rooted in Isaiah 6:8: “Here I am; send me.” These words are more than a scripture - they are a personal response. A “yes” requires courage, trust, and surrender, and we see powerful examples of individuals who answered that same call: Moses, Esther, Mary, Deborah, and Isaiah to mention a few. Like those in the Bible - we are called not only to be willing, but to step forward. To go where we are needed. To meet the moment, even when it feels uncertain.

Michelle Randall is a Senior pastor’s wife at Calvary South OC, a bible teacher, author, and passionate voice in women’s ministry. Michelle leads women with wisdom, clarity, and a passion to see them grounded in God’s Word, awakened from spiritual complacency and empowered to live boldly for Christ.

Ministry & Outreach Connection Area
Inga-lill Guzik is a pastor’s wife from Calvary Chapel Santa Barbara, Bible teacher, dental missionary and an encourager in prison ministry. Inga-Lill is known for her depth in Scripture and heart for discipleship, faithfully equipping women to grow in truth and live out their faith.

Caroline Joyous has been a Turning Point USA Ambassador since she was 14 years old, and now at 20 years old is a Regional Manager for TPUSA Faith. She is a young, passionate voice for the next generation, encouraging them to stand strong in faith, truth, and biblical conviction.

Sophia Lorey is the Outreach Director for the California Family Council and a bold advocate for biblical truth and women’s issues, speaking nationally on identity, culture, and standing firm for biblical values in today’s world.

At this year’s Calvary Women’s Leadership, we will be hosting our first Ministry & Outreach Connection Area, where local ministries and organizations will be represented, providing you with the opportunity to learn about these organization, find out how to get involved, and take next steps. Below you can find who will be joining us!

5:00 PM - Check In and King Coffee Open
6:30 PM - Doors Open
7:00 PM – Worship & Session
Saturday, June 6
8:00 AM – Check In & Continental Breakfast, King Coffee Open
9:00 AM – Worship & Sessions Begin
12:00 PM – Lunch
1:30 PM – Sessions Resume
4:00PM - Conference ends
$50 per person — includes Saturday breakfast and lunch catered by Bad to the Bone.
We invite women of all ages, junior high and older to attend.
Please note that childcare is not available at the conference so that our volunteers and staff can attend. Leave babies and children with a trusted caregiver.
