Calvary Women’s Annual Christmas Dinner 2023

Hi ladies,

We are so excited to invite you to our Annual Women’s Christmas Dinner this year! Enjoy a night celebrating the birth of Jesus with friends! We’ll have an elegant dinner served by the men in our church, worship with the Calvary Worship Team and Pastor John, and hear a Christmas message to prepare our hearts for the season. This celebration is always a wonderful way to start off the Christmas season and to remind us that Jesus is the reason for the season.

The Merry Market will be back again this year so you can browse and buy gifts made by women in our fellowship. We hope you’ll join us this year!

Ticket sales open on Tuesday, November 14 at 7:00 p.m.

Every year, this event SELLS OUT IN MINUTES and we are hosting 2 dinners this year with over 500 women each night! We expect each evening to sell out quickly, so be sure to put November 14, 7:00 p.m. in your calendar and set a reminder to purchase your ticket online.

CHRISTMAS DINNER DATES
Thursday, December 7 at 6PM - 9PM
Friday, December 8 at 6PM - 9PM

LOCATION: Calvary South OC, 1311 Calle Batido, San Clemente, CA 92673

COST: $50 per person, 1 evening. Full Table is 9 women, $450, non-refundable.

DINNER:
Enjoy a formal dinner including a delicious salad and dessert catered by Bad to the Bone! The main entree is chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. If you are vegetarian, or have a dairy or gluten allergy, select the roasted cauliflower entree which is gluten-free and vegan. Coffee, tea and water will be served.

HOW TO BUY A TICKET:
When: Tuesday, November 14 at 7PM.
Where: Tickets are available to purchase online only here at calvarywomen.net

If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, your seats will automatically be together at a table. A full table is 9, and you can purchase up to 9 tickets in one transaction.

You will receive a confirmation email when you have purchased a ticket. If you don’t receive an email, contact us at women@calvarysouthoc.com.

We will email you when your ticket is ready for pick-up at church.

Must be female and 13 years or older to attend. No childcare is available, so we ask that babies and children be left at home with a caregiver.

TIPS FOR BUYING YOUR TICKET
1. Determine whether you are coming Thursday or Friday night.
2. Confirm your guests and the quantity of tickets you need to buy.
3. Select the roasted cauliflower entree if you have a dairy and/or gluten allergy.

MERRY MARKET
God gifted so many of our Calvary Women with creativity and artistry. We’re so pleased to be able to host a super fun market at church to support their small businesses. We encourage you to visit our Merry Market before dinner and purchase beautiful gifts for Christmas or for yourself. The Merry Market will be open on Thursday, December 7 and Friday, December 8 from 4-6 p.m. and again after dinner.

CHECK IN
Doors for our banquet room (sanctuary) open at 5:30 p.m. on the night of your dinner. Please have your ticket ready. The dinner event begins at 6:00 p.m. Every guest attending must have a ticket to enter. Your table number will be listed on your ticket.

FAQS:

Will there be childcare at this event?
No, we are sorry. The women who work in our nursery and Children’s Ministries will be attending the event, too.

Can we bring children to this event?
Please arrange for childcare for babies and children so that you can enjoy Christmas dinner with friends. Girls 13 and older are invited to attend.

Are tickets refundable?
Full table purchases are non-refundable. Individual tickets are non-refundable after December 1, 2023. However, please contact us and we can help! If you are no longer able to make it to the dinner, you can sell or give your ticket to another person, BUT EMAIL US at women@calvarysouthoc.com so that we can change the ticket name on our list. We also have a waiting list, so Email us and we can contact someone to purchase your ticket.

Can we purchase tickets in person?
Tickets are available for purchase ONLINE ONLY starting Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 7pm.

Will I be able to sit with my group of friends?
Yes! Purchase tickets for you and your friends or family in one transaction, and you will be at the same table (up to 9 persons). if you purchase tickets separately, we will try to accomodate you at the same table but it’s not guaranteed. When you pick up your tickets, tell us who you are attending the dinner with and we will try our best to seat you at a table together if there is room. We recommend purchasing your tickets in one transaction so that we can place place you together at a table.

Will there be a waiting list if the events are sold out?
Yes! If you weren’t able to purchase a ticket, don’t worry! We’ve been able to accommodate most women on the waiting list every year.

Is dinner gluten-free?
Yes! The salad, main entrees and sides are all gluten-free. The dessert and bread roll may not be gluten-free. If you require a gluten-free dinner, select the Vegan entree of roasted cauliflower, which is delicious! If you are purchasing a ticket for guests, please inform them of these details.
