WIDOWS BRUNCHES & FELLOWSHIP

This September, we were blessed to gather for another fellowship meeting with our sweet widows. This time, we enjoyed a fall themed brunch and made beautiful flower bouquets together. Our very own Maria Anderson shared her testimony and about the new season of life the Lord has her in now.

In May we had another Widows Fellowship meeting for our beloved widows to gather together to be ministered to as they shared waffle brunch. This was a sweet opportunity for our widows to enjoy fellowship, worship, prayer, and to hear a message from Rhodora Sall.

In September we had a Widows Fellowship Brunch in our church coffee shop. It was such a blessing to pray, worship, and fellowship together and to hear a sweet devotion from Patti Randall. Here are some of the highlights:

Hope in God, Merrily Hagerman

Once again, we hosted our annual Widows Tea in February with guest speaker, Merrily Hagerman. Over 200 women gathered to share a tea luncheon and partake in fellowship, worship, prayer, and encouragement. We were so blessed as Merrily shared her story of hope, how with God there is only a Plan A, and how we can glean from the testimony found in the Book of Ruth.

Stay in the Race, Gail Mays

WIDOWS TEA 2023

In February 2023 Gail Mays came back for our 2nd annual Widows Tea. She shared an encouraging message with our Widows Fellowship focusing on the preparation for the journey of widowhood and the power to endure what God brings into our lives. We were blessed by God’s presence throughout our time of worship, prayer, and fellowship.

God Has A Plan For Me, Gail Mays

WIDOWS TEA 2022

In February, we hosted a lovely Widows Tea. It was such a blessed morning of worship, fellowship, and encouragement from the Lord. Gail Mays shared an uplifting message entitled “God Has A Plan For Me” which ministered to the hearts of these ladies. We are thankful to Jesus for His presence over this gathering.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
