RISE Conference

Awakened + Assigned

There are moments when you can tangibly feel that God is doing something deeper—something lasting. Our RISE Conference was one of those moments.

Women of all ages gathered—mothers and daughters, friends, and first-time guests - several from out of state—with a shared hunger to hear from the Lord. From the very beginning, there was a sense that this weekend would be more than just a conference. It was a call—to awaken, to rise, to shine, and to step into all that God has assigned.

Michelle Randall introduced the conference with a powerful and clear call: this is about waking up, getting up, and stepping up. She set the tone for the entire weekend, reminding us that God is calling us out of passivity and into action—to be alert, responsive, and ready to walk in what He has for us.

On Saturday, Dannah Gresh called women back to the essentials: be in the Word of God and be available to Him. She reminded us that we cannot rise into who God has called us to be if we are not rooted in His Word. In a world filled with confusion, God’s Word is our anchor, our clarity, and our truth. Dannah also spoke about pursuing purity in three areas: doctrinal purity, sexual purity, and purity of heart—a call to live set apart, grounded in truth, and fully surrendered to the Lord.

Jac Marino Chen shared a powerful testimony of being saved out of New Age practices and the occult. With honesty and boldness, she pointed to the freedom found only in Jesus. Her story reminded us that no one is beyond God’s reach, and that He still rescues, restores, and redeems.

Sophia Lorey brought a strong and timely encouragement to stand firm in truth. She spoke about living out our faith with courage in today’s culture and not shrinking back when it comes to what is right. Her message stirred boldness—to stand, to speak, and to live faithfully.

One of the most beautiful things we witnessed was this—generations came. Mothers and daughters sat side by side, worshiped together, and responded to the Lord together. We saw many girls—junior high and high school—come forward to receive Jesus Christ as their Savior, and others rededicate their lives to Him. They were personally prayed for and encouraged by the speakers, creating moments that were deeply personal and lasting. Throughout the weekend, women poured into younger women, and hearts were strengthened together in faith.

More than anything, this weekend was marked by the presence of God.

The message of RISE is something we now carry forward—
to stay in the Word,
to remain available,
to stand in truth,
to walk in courage,
and to GO! Step into what God has assigned to us.

“Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.” — Isaiah 60:1
