Event details: July 18 from 9am to 3pm. Check-in begins at 8:30am.
Revived Market, Saturday, July 18 from 3pm-5pm.
Coffee Bar, donation optional, 8am, 12pm, and 3pm-5pm.
Cost: $30 per person includes lunch from Ellie’s Table.
Parking: Please note that parking on the street has a maximum of 5 hours. Our Parking Ministry volunteers will guide you for parking. Give yourself enough time to get parking, check-in and find a seat. We also recommend carpooling, if possible.
Coffee/Breakfast? We won't be serving snacks in the morning so be sure to have breakfast and coffee before you arrive. You can bring bottled water only into the sanctuary.
Lunch: Lunch is provided by Jay's Catering and includes your sandwich or wrap, fruit, dessert and a bottled water. We're sorry but substitutions are not available. Seating is available outdoors for lunch.
Seating: There is plenty of seating available in the sanctuary. There will also be very limited seating available on the outdoor patio and in the fellowship hall.
Childcare and nursing moms: Many of our Children's Ministry workers and volunteers will be attending the event, so childcare is not available. Leave children at home as we want this event to minister to you. We will spend much time in worship, prayer and waiting on the Lord, and we need to limit any distractions for our speakers, for you and for other women. If you are a nursing mom and are not able to leave children at home, the nursery will be available for you.
Illness: If you or a family member in your household has any symptoms of illness, or are uncomfortable and have a concern of becoming ill, we ask that you please stay home. We will release a recording of our teachings online a few days after the event for those who cannot make it in person. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, we encourage you to stay home and contact a medical professional. We will not be taking temperatures before entering the event, and you will find hand sanitizing stations throughout the church. We clean and sanitize the church regularly to ensure that all contact areas, classrooms and meeting areas are virus-free. All disinfecting solutions are non-toxic and safe. The sanctuary will be set up as normal and masks are optional. We will have limited seating with seats spaced apart in the fellowship hall and on the side patio.
